## What VoraPlex is

VoraPlex is a customer retention and loyalty platform for businesses in Portugal.
Its purpose is simple: make customers come back.

VoraPlex helps businesses identify their customers, track purchases, award points, offer rewards, win back customers who stopped buying and increase purchase frequency.

## How it works for the customer

1. The customer buys as usual.
2. The customer receives the receipt (with the Portuguese fiscal QR Code).
3. The customer scans the receipt QR Code in the VoraPlex personal area on their phone.
4. Points are added automatically for that store.
5. The customer checks points, progress and rewards in the personal area.
6. When a reward is reached, the customer activates the redemption in the store and shows the code at the counter.
7. The next purchase keeps adding points.

No app installation is required. The customer area is a web/mobile experience that runs in the phone browser (no App Store or Google Play download).

## What the business gets

- Points and rewards programme with rules defined by each business (points per euro, goals, rewards, campaigns, conditions)
- Customer CRM: who buys, how much, when, how often, last purchase, total spend, best customers, customers at risk, inactive customers
- Win-back of customers who stopped buying or reduced frequency (e.g. 30, 60 or 90 days without a visit)
- Segmented campaigns by message and SMS (best customers, most frequent, highest spend, at risk, inactive, close to a reward, custom groups)
- Online POS for purchases and redemptions; staff accounts with limited access
- Statistics about customers and the store

No change to the existing POS, no extra hardware, no physical cards, no manual point entry in automatic mode, staff training of about 30 minutes.

VoraPlex does not issue invoices, does not do accounting and does not store payment card data.

- Start: €39/month — up to 250 registered customers
- Growth: €99/month — 251 to 1,000 registered customers
- Pro: €149/month — 1,001 to 5,000 registered customers
- Enterprise: quote — more than 5,000 registered customers
All plans include 10 messages per month. Extra SMS packs are available. No setup fees.
