Frequently asked questions
Does my business have to do anything for customers to earn points?
No. The customer does everything on their phone: they photograph the receipt QR and the points are added automatically. The store enters nothing and changes nothing at the till.
Do I need to install an app or change my POS?
No. The customer uses their phone’s browser, with nothing to download, and your store keeps selling and invoicing as always.
How does the receipt QR work?
The customer points the camera at the QR printed on the receipt. VoraPlex recognises the store and the amount. Each receipt only counts once.
How does the customer redeem a reward?
When they have enough points, the customer opens the redemption request on their phone and shows the screen in the store, right then. The team just applies the reward.
Can I send SMS only to inactive customers?
Yes. You choose the group you want to contact — inactive, at risk, best customers or close to a reward — without sending the same message to your whole base.
How much does it cost?
