Voraplex may collect the following categories of personal data:
Data you provide directly
- Full name — for identification and personalisation of communications.
- Email address — to respond to enquiries and, where you have given consent, for marketing communications.
- Phone number — for telephone or WhatsApp contact when voluntarily provided.
- Message / enquiry content — information shared through our website contact forms.
Data collected automatically
- IP address — collected automatically when you visit our website, used for security and statistical analysis. IP addresses processed by Google Analytics are anonymised.
- Browsing data — including pages visited, time spent, device type, operating system, browser type and screen resolution.

We do not collect special categories of personal data (health data, genetic data, data relating to religious or political beliefs, biometric data, etc.) through this website.

Legal Basis for Processing
The processing of your personal data is based on the following grounds under Article 6 of the GDPR:

We use Google Analytics 4 (property G-8JBN3KE4D2), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, headquartered in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, approved by the European Commission's Adequacy Decision of 10 July 2023 (Decision 2023/1795), which ensures an adequate level of protection. Meta Platforms, Inc. — WhatsApp
If you use the WhatsApp contact button on our website, your communication data is processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. (USA), which is also covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.
CDN Services (jsDelivr / Cloudflare / Fonticons)
This website uses content delivery networks (CDNs) to load the Bootstrap framework and FontAwesome icons.
