By accessing and using the Voraplex website and services (hereinafter "Services"), including but not limited to Google Business optimization, local SEO, Voraplex integration, and digital consulting, you agree to comply fully with these Terms and Conditions of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not access or use the Services. Continued use constitutes binding acceptance of all terms presented herein.

Services offered by Voraplex include:

• Google Business profile optimization and management
• Local SEO strategies to improve search engine visibility
• Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI assistant positioning
• VoraPlex customer retention and loyalty platform
• Review and online reputation management
• Intelligent web page development and optimization
• Digital consulting and local marketing strategy

Services may be provided through various models, including consulting, technical implementation, ongoing management, or a combination thereof. Specific details of each service will be defined in a separate contract or proposal agreed upon between the parties.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age in your country of residence (18 years or older)
• You have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts
• If representing an entity (business, company, organization), you have authority to act on its behalf
• You are not subject to legal sanctions or restrictions limiting your access to the Services
• You will not use the Services for illegal or prohibited purposes

Voraplex reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time.

To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email and password)
• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Immediately notifying Voraplex of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accepting full responsibility for all activities occurring on your account

Voraplex will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account. You agree not to share credentials with third parties.

All content provided by Voraplex, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, images, videos, source code, and designs, is protected intellectual property.

Voraplex Property

You agree that you cannot reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or use any Voraplex content without prior written authorization, except for personal, non-commercial use.

User Content

By submitting content (texts, images, data) to the Voraplex platform, you retain ownership of that content but grant Voraplex a non-exclusive, irrevocable, and perpetual license to use such content in providing the Services and operational improvements.

You warrant that you own all rights to the content submitted and that such content does not violate third-party rights.

You may not use the Services to:

• Commit, encourage, or engage in illegal activities
• Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any person or group
• Transmit malware, viruses, malicious code, or any harmful software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems
• Violate intellectual property rights, privacy, or third-party rights
• Use scraping, crawling, or unauthorized automation techniques
• Create dishonest, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Overload or harm the Services infrastructure
• Share login credentials with third parties

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Voraplex shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any damage resulting from use or reliance on the Services
• Interruptions, unavailability, or malfunction of the Services
• Actions or inactions of third parties, including search engines or AI platforms

Voraplex's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any express or implied warranties.

Voraplex specifically disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties that results will achieve specific business objectives
• Warranties of future improvements in visibility or search engine rankings

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Voraplex, its directors, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, loss, cost, or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Improper or unauthorized use of the Services
• Content submitted by you that violates third-party rights
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Any third-party claim resulting from your actions

Termination by You

You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by notifying Voraplex in writing. Termination does not relieve you of contractual obligations already incurred.

Termination by Voraplex

Voraplex may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• You fail to pay for the Services as agreed
• Voraplex determines your account has been compromised
• Continuation of the Services would violate applicable laws or Voraplex policies

Effects of Termination

Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and Services. Certain data may be retained as required by law. Provisions that survive termination include Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law.

Voraplex reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be effective when posted on this page. The "Last updated" date will be revised to reflect any changes.

Significant changes affecting your rights or obligations will be communicated with 30 days' prior notice. Continued use of the Services after such period constitutes acceptance of the modifications.

We recommend that you review this page periodically to stay informed of the current Terms and Conditions.

The Services and the website voraplex.com are provided by Liliana Isabel Marques Dores (trading as VoraPlex), sole trader, Portuguese tax number (NIF) PT226400115, registered office at Av. São Lourenço da Barrosa, Edf. Carmix, Ap. 201, 8500-510 Portimão, Portugal.

VoraPlex Platform Terms

Businesses that subscribe to the VoraPlex platform are also bound by the Platform Terms and Data Processing Agreement (GDPR, Art. 28), available in Portuguese, which is the binding version.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. The courts of the district of Faro (Portimão) have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules, including those giving jurisdiction to the courts of the consumer's domicile.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

Under Portuguese Law No. 144/2015, in the event of a consumer dispute, consumers may refer to an alternative dispute resolution entity:
