1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, phone or tablet) when you visit a website or use a web application. They allow the site to recognise your device, remember preferences and improve your experience.

2. Cookies we use

2.1 Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are essential for the Platform to function. Without them, core features such as authentication and security do not work. No consent is required.

  • Authentication session — keeps your session active while using the platform (login, profile, access role).
  • CSRF token — protects against cross-site request forgery attacks.
  • Language preference — remembers your selected language so you do not have to choose it on every visit.
  • Security state — records access attempts and verification states (e.g., OTP completed).

2.2 Functional cookies

These improve your experience without being strictly necessary. They can be disabled without breaking core functionality.

  • Interface preferences — e.g., saved theme, layout or filter settings.
  • Flash messages — display temporary notifications after actions (e.g., "Saved successfully").

2.3 Analytics cookies (if enabled)

These collect aggregated, anonymous usage data to help improve the service. Only used where available and with an appropriate legal basis. The Platform does not currently use third-party analytics services.

2.4 Third-party cookies

The Platform may integrate external services (e.g., web fonts, maps, hosting infrastructure) that may set their own cookies. In those cases, the third party's own cookie policy applies. In particular, when paying the subscription by card, the Store administrator is redirected to Stripe's secure page (Stripe Checkout and billing portal), which sets strictly necessary cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud, governed by Stripe's cookie policy.

3. Cookie duration

  • Session cookies — deleted when you close your browser.
  • Persistent cookies — retained for a defined period (typically between 24 hours and 30 days), and can be deleted manually.

4. How to manage or refuse cookies

You can control and/or delete cookies via your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

  • View which cookies are stored and delete them individually.
  • Block third-party or all cookies.
  • Set alerts when a cookie is placed.

For specific instructions, consult your browser's help:

Note: disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent access to the Platform or its core features.

5. Cookies and personal data

Some cookies may be associated with personal data (e.g., a session identifier linked to your account). The processing of such data is governed by our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as needed for legal, technical or operational reasons. The version published on this page is the one currently in force. Material changes will be communicated via appropriate channels.
